The Case Manager?s provide leadership for nursing and social work services by developing, interpreting and applying policies and strategies. They are responsible for implementing and managing the case management process. Implements goals and defines performance objectives. Additionally, manages the development of budgets and budget compliance and ensures the adequacy of available resources. They also help with the selection, development, review and reward of human resources to ensure staff productivity and resolves group conflict and problems.
