Company Description:

• Providing on-site support to Molson’s Canada
• Organization of loads, between warehouses, breweries, and BDL’s across Canada
• Entering orders into the system
• Scheduling of loads based on production levels
• Dispatching of trucks and special equipment with carriers
• Arranging specialized intermodal transportation for all Interprovincial loads
• Problem solving of carrier discrepancies from time of booking through to completion
• Maintaining records in TMS to ensure the data integrity of the system
• Creation of SOP for On Site Coordinators
• Analyzing transportation production/schedules, scheduling carriers while considering appropriate lead times
• Coordinating with Load Planners and Logistics Managers to import FTL and LTL of raw materials from the US
• Sourcing the most efficient and cost effective carriers are use to move all loads
• Conducting proactive monitoring and intelligent exception management
• Working with Customs brokers to make certain loads are released on time
• Matching invoices to rates to ensure proper payment is made and carriers are paid within 60 days
