Company Description:

Junior Analyst, Operations Summary: This position is responsible for reporting and analysis for areas such as sales, payroll, travel, and other expenses and for developing data to support metrics.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate data from expenses to selling productivity and providing summaries.
• Contribute to the development of re-engineering methods to improve processes, reduce risks, increase controls and/or increase customer satisfaction
• Analyze data, develop data reports to support the field team.
• Work with multiple data sources to extract information to pull into various reports.
• Assist in determining areas of financial opportunity through evaluating expense structure such as payroll.
• Process and maintain flow of reports to the field team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; and/or 0-2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent analytical skills and budgeting skills.
• Able to set priorities and handle heavy workloads.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task with rapid turnaround.
• Must be a team player with excellent communication skills.
• Proven track record in working with P&L information as well as budgeting processes
