Richard makes handmade flatbreads from healthful ingredients to provide wonderful sensory experiences in taste, texture and mouth feel. Named for his wife, Vicky, who has always inspired him, Vicky’s Flatbreads come in original (which has a nutty, sesame seed taste) and rosemary flavours.

Richard sells his flatbreads to smaller boutique stores across the GTA and is working closely with them to create products their customers are looking for, hence the launch of Vicky’s Slim Crisps – light, crispy squares (available in original and cinnamon) that are great on their own as a snack or partnered with cheese.

Vicky’s Flatbreads are available in Toronto at Alex Farm Products on Bayview Ave., Culinarium, Harvest Wagon, Nancy's Cheese on Dupont, Summerhill Market and Pusateri’s, Olympic Cheese and Scheffler’s Delicatessen in St. Lawrence Market, at The Village Grocer in Markham and Vincenzo’s in Waterloo.
