In The Metro is currently seeking a Staffing Account Managers to join our growing team.

Our goal is to increase our clients growth, by finding them the right people. As a Recruitment Sales professional you will be a top producer with a history of progressive success.

Our ideal candidate will have:

Conduct B2B sales calls and in-person meetings with key managers to senior-level executives, - for the purpose of introducing and developing our services to prospective clients, and building on existing client relationships.
Ability to negotiate rates
Responsible for solidifying presence in the local marketplace through consistent participation in networking organizations and events.
A desire and drive to control income level with a primarily performance based role with no ceiling
Strong work ethic with a passion to work hard, with a high level of drive, determination, organizational skills, attention to detail, time management
Interest in making an impact in and contribution to your local Metro, and our internal growing organization.
A breadth of technical knowledge is highly desirable
Ability and desire to work independently with significant amount of flexibility, while being a responsible and dedicated team player

Requirements:
2-5 years recruiting experience with both permanent and contracting roles
2 or more years of B2B sales, business development or similar experience (preferably in the technology space)
Ability to prioritize, multi-task and collaborate in a fast paced environment
Strong understanding and passion of technology
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Solid documentation and computer skills, especially MS Outlook, Word, business productivity applications, social media and online marketing tools, etc.
