As a member of the MCC team you will report directly to Vice President of the company. You will be responsible for building and driving the region sales teams to exceed company objectives and grow the region according to our business plan. You will be responsible for managing the sales team on a day-to-day basis including- pipeline review, Channel Review, and overall performance management of the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Work with the team and channel partners in territory, manage and execute Mobile Customer Connect (MCC) business plan.
Work with Marketing and Product Management teams and develop initiatives to increase channel pipeline.


Manage and train 5-10 people with full awareness of MCC business solutions, product, market measures and transitions.
Report to Vice President, forecast statistics, generate requested reports
Self-motivated and able to work independently in an entrepreneurial organization
Innovative and solution-oriented mindset with strong analytical approach
Position Requirements:
Business degree or equivalent with a minimum of 3-6 years of Sales Management and Key Account experience (preferably in software industry)
Ability to work unsupervised and lead Sales engagements with MCC partners
Excellent written and verbal communications skills as well as good listening and strong presentation skills
Demonstrated success in working with Corporate Channel partners and independent dealers
Our Managers earn 120K per year on average plus ongoing monthly recurring percentage from their sales team
