We are a busy Toronto/GTA real estate team looking for full time sales representatives to help service new leads and repeat clients. Responsibilities
- Accurately maintain and qualify leads, effectively manage a sales pipeline, and successfully achieve sales targets
- No cold calling
- Manage a pipeline of new business and build strong relationships with prospective clients
- Document and manage all prospect interactions in CRM, and report on productivity on a weekly basis.
- Manage all client interactions via phone, CRM, and emails
You should be personable but persuasive with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone. You should bring superior organization skills and a ability to juggle multiple tasks intelligently, allowing you to manage an active sales pipeline, coordinate timely client follow ups and ultimately deliver on your targets.
Qualifications
- Phone call experience (preferred not necessary)
- No online skills needed
- Strong work ethic
- Strong organizational skills and time management skills
- Must have active real estate license or in the process of obtaining one
