Specific Skills: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes ethnic Serbian meals such as Burek, Cakes, Roast Pork, etc. Plan menus. Determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs. Monitor and order supplies and equipment when needed.  Inspect kitchen and food service areas.  Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.  Make sure kitchen and work areas are clean at all times.  Manage kitchen operations.

Work Site Environment: Restaurant

Work Site Conditions: Fast paced environment; work under pressure; physically demanding; standing for extended periods of time.

Salary:17.00 per hour
