Responsibilities:

    Responsible for overall document organization including scanning and storage. Filing documents and sorting mail.
    Communicate with clients as needed
    Provide support to team as needed; including assisting with the tax process
    Prepare ad hoc reports and complete special projects as needed
    Greeting clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
    Maintaining office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members
    Enter client expenses, follow up on collections, client billing and invoices/statements.
    Generate and send monthly and weekly collection reports.
    Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

    2-3 years’ experience as an administrative assistant, tax experience a plus
    Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office products
    Highly organized, meticulous, detail-oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
    Self-starter and takes the initiative
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    Ability to effectively work in a client-focused team environment, building a spirit of cooperation, and sharing knowledge and skills with others in the group
    Flexibility to work over-time and rotating night/weekend shifts during the tax season.
