This position requires a punctual, self-confident, hardworking individual who takes pride in their work. Your ability to multi-task to a high degree will be an advantage. As the telephone is frequently the first point of contact for respective clients, telephone mannerisms, and lots of charisma is a necessity. In addition you will be required to assist in a diverse range of scenarios including problem solving, and mediate between ladies and clients.
