Company Description:
About the role:Equity partners are looking for a front desk to work in their office to help us provide friendly and professional service to our customers and employees. A successful person will be hired on an ongoing basis, and work will begin as soon as possible. As part of this role, you will assist in various administrative tasks, including corporate registry services, account management, database management, or other projects.
Main functions:
Answer, view and forward incoming calls
Manage conference rooms, meet and greet customers
Reception and conference room management
Provide basic and accurate information in person and by phone email
Receive, sort and distribute daily mail delivery
Processing client correspondence
Client Database Update
Preparation of forms in accordance with the instructions of managers
Promotion and preparation of monthly invoices
Monitor archiving and filing systems
Key selection criteria:
Higher education in finance and management
Previous work experience in a similar role in professional services
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work under pressure
Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage routine tasks
Knowledge of company registration processes and requirements is preferable, but not necessary
Good IT skills; including the possibility of mergers; and some database management skills.
