Looking For:Hard working and motivated primary/elementary school teacher to add to our growing team. Teacher will be required to support students with homework as well as plan lessons to help with reading and math skills. Must be willing to learn as well as work as part of a team. Teachers will be required to have strong classroom management skills while working with children 4-10. You must be able to create and implement monthly, weekly and daily lesson plans and be willing to learn the Little Scholars curriculum. We are looking for someone who is creative and can think outside of the box, who believes in the importance of education and is eager and excited to help children. Candidate must have very strong English skills and have teaching experience. Must be willing to commit to 1 year contract.

About Us:Here at Little Scholars Academy, our focus is on early reading, writing and math skills. We believe teaching children through experiences they are familiar with and can relate to is the most practical and natural way for a child to be successful in their education. Our program is very unique and geared towards independent learning. Each child works at their own pace and teachers are required to plan their lessons accordingly. Children need to want to learn and be interested in what they are learning about. This is a process that cannot be forced yet needs to be instilled and if done correctly learning becomes fun and enjoyable. At little Scholars Academy, our goal is to help children become confident with their academics, instill a love for learning and continue to help them on their academic journey!

Salary: $340,000.00 to $45,000.00 /year - with benefits
